TW4's International Magazines Distribution System is a bespoke system that has been serving our client's magazine grouping and sorting requirement seamlessly for many years supporting all international markets across Europe, the Middle-East, Africa, Asia and the South Pacific.
The TW4 system is designed to deal with multiple levels of sortation within a country, which can easily be changed depending on the unique requirements of the issue being served.
Capability allows for the regular sortation requirements but also special handling such as bulk copies and sponsored sales or the occasional instance when an address file needs a one-time change in sort, or a different plant for a special issue.
Grouping parameters can either be shared or each has their own sort criteria such as print plant, book numbers and postal sortation.
All address output formats are supported including the ability to create mail files combining both English and local language, which is of particular advantage for the Asia market.
TW4 can also provide assistance in the sourcing and distribution of promotional gifts offered with subscriptions.
Postal Expertise
The postal authorities that we work with include Royal Mail in the UK, Spring, PostNL, Deutsche Post and Swiss Post. This gives us multiple delivery options for international postage. As a major international user of postal services, we have the economies of scale to negotiate volume discounts, and as a client you will benefit from this very attractive pricing.
Our close involvement with key postal organisations also ensures that we keep on top of changes in postal services that could impact on your business and profitability.
We have comprehensive address validation procedures, from city name down to street address, to make sure that your products or publications are correctly delivered, without additional costs. We have integrated these procedures into our fulfilment systems, and can even cater for the colloquial spelling of city names, as well as address conversion in multi-language countries such as Switzerland or Belgium.
