The key to the effectiveness of our systems is that they are designed with the market in mind: ‘the system can’t handle it’ is not part of our vocabulary. Our highly experienced team of IT professionals fully understand the fulfilment business, enabling them to provide network, application support and system development services that meet the needs of our clients. The members of this team, like everyone in TW4, are very familiar with the demanding requirements of international markets, and work constantly to make sure that the systems we operate meet these requirements.
The system architecture is designed so that the fulfilment and business policies are independent of the system programs. This means that standard business parameters can be changed easily by updating auxiliary files without the need for additional programming. The capabilities of these auxiliary files are extensive: they can be used to define fulfilment policies and ABC rules, promotion offers, renewal promotion strategies and renewal tests, invoicing regulations and strategies, and subscriber demographics.
Our systems operate 24-hours-a day, seven days a week, ensuring that wherever you are in the world, your access requirements are covered to ensure optimum response times and system availability.
