TW4 wins fulfilment contract for Holsted
I am delighted to announce that TW4 has won the European fulfilment contract for Holsted Marketing, Inc.,
Holsted is well established in the USA and the next stage in their European roll-out includes Scandinavia, Germany and France with the option to expand into other European countries in the future. It is this business that TW4 has now secured against stiff competition.
Holsted's primary focus for the European roll-out will be jewellery on a "continuity" basis, through TW4's Swiss Warehouse operation, but they are also considering a single shot catalogue program for a wider range of fashion accessories.
Holsted Marketing was founded in New York City in 1971. It is a successful marketing services company that has developed managed direct mail programs for major clients including Sears, Newport News, Blair Corporation, Swiss Colony, Texaco, Sunoco, Amoco, Citgo, Metris, and others. Holsted's distinction is its focus on selling a diversified array of merchandise programs, and additionally, offering these programs on a continuity basis. Holsted also supplies wholesale products to companies like Blair, Sears and Home Shopping Network. Their financial clients include Household Bank, Capital One and Capital One Canada, JPMorgan Chase, MBNA America, MBNA Canada, Wachovia, Providian, Citibank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Banco Popular North America, Bank One, First USA, Wells Fargo, Fleet (Bank of America), and other well-known financial institutions.
A project will initially kick off with a project team headed up by Erwin Bommerson as Project Manager reporting into Bert Kuipers.
Holsted is projecting to grow into a sizeable business of around 3 million shipments over a period of 36 months and once again demonstrates TW4's ongoing ability to provide market leading fulfilment bureau services on an international level.
