Where are your offices located and where are your headquarters?
Our fulfilment and customer contact centres are located in The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Japan and South Africa. Our international headquarters are located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and should be your first point of contact.
What core services does TW4 offer?
With 50+ years of experience in the fulfilment business, TW4 can offer a comprehensive service package to meet all your fulfilment needs – from marketing related services such as campaign, billing and renewal setup as well as customer services including call centre support, response handling and payment processing to distribution related services such as mailing and stationery support, to name just a few.
Can I contract services separately?

Do you offer assistance with renewal and invoice creation?
We'd be delighted to show you our document creation systems - simply contact us. If you need a totally comprehensive service for your renewal and invoicing promotion, we can deliver it.
How can TW4 assist in financial reporting and reconciliation processes?
TW4's fulfilment systems generate extensive financial reports to provide you with the necessary data for your general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
Does TW4 support both US and UK ABC audits?
Yes, we support ABC US and UK filings, and we're currently implementing automated UK ABC reporting. ABC media storage is archived electronically for ease of audit.
How do you protect the integrity of the data of competitive magazines that you fulfil?
We're well aware of the need for total security, and the customer and product data for each client is stored in physically separate databases: this guarantees that there is no risk of mixing data between competing (or non-competing) clients. Aside from that, TW4 is fully audited, including annual PCI DSS audits.
